Purchases and Payment

Customers must provide ANNABELLE LAWRENCE with complete and accurate details when making purchases. ANNABELLE LAWRENCE is not liable if incorrect information is given at the time of purchase, and a billing address must be provided for the order to be processed. Any additional expenses in correcting the order are the responsibility of the customer. All prices are published as the Great British Pound (GBP). Costs regarding international orders are calculated using an integrated currency converter. ANNABELLE LAWRENCE is not responsible for changeable currency conversion rates charged by customers’ respective banks. All payments are processed through PayPal, however, it is not necessary for customers to have a PayPal account to shop with ANNABELLE LAWRENCE. Customers will receive an email confirming the order once ANNABELLE LAWRENCE receives payment. Some orders may be subject to fraud checks by the ANNABELLE LAWRENCE team; you may be required to provide additional identification to verify your transaction.

Bespoke Purchases

Customer orders using our Bespoke Design Service will be processed separately. The client will be put in direct contact with a member of the ANNABELLE LAWRENCE team to discuss their request. The order will be confirmed only after it has been paid for, either in full or as a deposit scheme for larger bespoke orders. A consultation fee of up to £25.00 will be charged depending on the nature of the requested order, i.e. if a design is to be drawn up, new pattern drafted and cut, fabric sourced.

Discounts & Promotions

ANNABELLE LAWRENCE offers free delivery for orders over £150. However, this is a UK ONLY offer and does not apply to international orders.

ANNABELLE LAWRENCE reserves the right to retract any promotion/competition at any time.

Other discounts i.e. seasonal discounts may be applied and terminated at the discretion of ANNABELLE LAWRENCE.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday- Friday) excluding bank holidays. Turnaround times for UK orders are currently between 10-15 working days (2-3 weeks), however this may vary during busy periods. A member of the ANNABELLE LAWRENCE team will always contact customers should there be any delay in the respective orders. Customers will be provided with tracking numbers via email once orders have been shipped.

In the event that your parcel is not claimed by the receiver, it will be held at your local Royal Mail or Hermes pick-up point; specific information will be left on the missed delivery card usually left in your post box. Please note there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or parcels that are refused.


ANNABELLE LAWRENCE takes every measure against fraud. If we suspect that a customer’s order may be fraudulent, we will contact the customer to confirm certain details. If the customer refuses to respond with the required information within 7 working days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


ANNABELLE LAWRENCE reserves the right to cancel any order if we are unable to provide the requested products. If this should happen the customers will be contacted immediately. ANNABELLE LAWRENCE is not liable to compensate for any loss, expense or inconvenience customers may face as a result of cancellation.


All ANNABELLE LAWRENCE garments are handmade to order, meaning we do not offer refunds or returns on any of our products. Should the customer be unsatisfied with their order, an exchange may be offered. However, the value of the new item must be equivalent or higher to the existing item, and will only be offered if the customer ordered using our standard size guide and did not provide us with their specific measurements. This service is offered at the discretion of ANNABELLE LAWRENCE, and we have the right to refuse an exchange.
